HOW TO ORDER

Simply click on the product you require and add to basket Payment is automatically through paypal but if you do not wish to pay via paypal just simply print checkout page and send together with your payment (either cheque or postal order). If paying by cheque please allow time for this to clear before your order is sent out.

DELIVERY

All soaps are made in small batches and are always in stock unless otherwise stated. All items will be posted within 7 days of an order being received

POSTAGE AND PACKING

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail. If you are local then I may deliver myself and refund the postage cost. Postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically depending on the cost of your order. This only applies to mainland UK shipping. You always know exactly what your order will cost to post before you confirm payment.

GOODS AND RETURNS

I recommend that you use your products as soon as possible as the fragrance and colour may fade in time. They may also vary slightly in colour, shape and appearance to the images shown.

If you wish to return any item of your order, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Once I have received the item I will be happy to refund the value of the products in full or exchange them for goods to the same value. Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging as they were sent to you. I regret that I cannot refund or replace any product that has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. The customer is responsible for all postage and packing costs, unless the item is faulty
